The public procurement education program aims to provide knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as professional enhancement of theoretical and practical expertise in the field of public procurement. This ensures transparent, professional, economical, efficient, and effective execution of public procurement procedures at all levels. The Bureau of Public Procurement is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing public procurement education, as well as preparing and conducting written examinations and issuing certificates for public procurement officers.
To achieve the objectives of the program, we invite all interested individuals to apply for participation in the scheduled training sessions. These sessions follow the curriculum for the training of public procurement officers and the curriculum for renewing the validity of the public procurement officer’s certificate, as outlined in the Public Procurement Education Program.
Interested individuals must register by completing the online form available on the Bureau’s website under the section Education – Registration in the Education System.
For registered individuals, trainers, and committees, participation registration is carried out under the section Education – Login to the Education System.
Please note that participants may only register for the sessions currently open for registration.
Each training session requires a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 22 participants. Registration for a specific session remains open until all slots are filled. Once full, that session will no longer be available for registration.
Individuals wishing to attend a session that is fully booked can register on a waiting list through the Electronic Education System. They will be included in the selected session if a registered participant cancels their registration.
Participants are required to pay a fee for the respective training program, covering the training materials and written examinations. The fees are as follows:
Participants must attend at least 80% of the total training duration and complete the fee payment for their respective program to be eligible for the written examination. The fee must be settled no later than 15 working days after the conclusion of the training, in accordance with the Tariff for Public Procurement Education Fees (“Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia” No. 64/19).
